Our wedding guests have the opportunity to choose between the following three menu options:
Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef
Rubbed with Herbs and served with natural jus, creamed horseradish and yorkshire pudding.
Potato Jacket Salmon
Oven roasted Atlantic salmon with crispy potato jacket, butternut squash bisque, and basmati rice pilaf.
Prima Vera Sauté
This vegan entrée features Stir-fried spring vegetables with a timbale of basmati rice pilaf and butternut
squash bisque.

Out of respect for Tracy's extreme allergy to scented products, we ask that all guests refrain from using any
product containing parfum or fragrance, including hairspray, gel, scented creams and powders, on the day of any wedding related events.
