VINEGAR -- even the smell will elicit an allergic reaction!!!
Please Note: there is vinegar in mayonaise, barbecue sauce, salad dressings, condiments etc so please do not use these items in any recipes!

Vinegar: lemon or lime + water
Mayonaise: 50% plain yogurt + 50% sour cream
Barbecue sauce: tomato sauce + lime / lemon + chilli powder / cayenne pepper

Yeast (can tolerate in very small amounts, to be safe please avoid use)
|
Use Sourdough style breads
|
|
Sulphites (sulfites) -- a preservative contained in most preserved foods as well as wine, alcohol, condiments, processed foods, etc. as well as for pesticides
|
Please try to use fresh produce wherever possible. Please also use pesticide free, natural or organic products wherever possible
|
Alcohol (wine, beer) as these often contain yeast, vinegar or sulphites
Please Note: This is not a horribly sensitive allergy so it is no problem for you to bring wine etc to drink yourself but please dont put any in the food!

Cooking wine: lime juice + tequila, or apple / grape juice (without sugar), or pomegranate juice + lime or lemon Tequila is okay

Pepper -- both peppercorns (black pepper) and bell peppers
|
Cayenne pepper or Chilli pepper is okay in small doses
|
|
Cane Sugar -- white sugar, brown sugar, molasses, products containing sugar
|
Honey, Maple sugar, Date sugar, Stevia
|
|
Iodized Salt (can tolerate in small amounts - to be safe avoid use)
|
Sea Salt (taste tends to be slightly stronger so use 3/4 of what recipe requires)
|

Wheat (can tolerate in small amounts - to be safe please avoid use)
|
Spelt, Kamut, Rice or Rye flours, or gluten free products
|
Antibiotics (mainly penicillin family) -- a fairly severe allergy. Antibiotics are contained in dairy and egg products as a result of the animals being pumped with antibiotics |
Please use organic or natural (antibiotic and hormone free) eggs and dairy products wherever possible
