Calabogie Peaks Resort
We have negotiated the following discount rates for wedding guests for rooms at
Calabogie Peaks Resort.
Please inform the hotel you will be a guest at the Coates-Stakenvicius wedding, and confirm the room rate to make
sure they give you the discounted rate!
Standard room = $113.75 + tax per night
Standard Room with Balcony = $120.25 + tax per night
QueenvSuite = $126.75 + tax per night
King Suite $139.75 + tax per night
Calabogie Peaks Resort has 24 rooms available, but unfortunately we have not been able to place any rooms on hold
for the wedding. They may also have two-bedroom and three-bedroom condominium suites available, although these
may need to be booked for the entire week.
GOLFING
We have negotiated a 20% discount for wedding guests who wish to play golf
(link) at Calabogie Peaks Resort during the weekend of
the wedding.
SPA SERVICES
We have negotiated a 20% discount for wedding guests on all Spa services at Les Saisons Spa - Calabogie Peaks Resort
(link) during the weekend of the wedding. We
recommend booking as soon as possible to make sure you get a spot!!
Other Accomodations in Calabogie
Motor Inn (www.calabogiemotorinn.ca)
We have placed 5 rooms on hold at a rate of $99/night - must book both Friday and Saturday to get this rate. These
rooms are only on hold until May 15th - mention that you are a wedding guest for Tracy and Ian's wedding to get the
discount rate on the held rooms. If these rooms are booked quickly we can likely get more rooms for the same rate.
Calabogie Lodge Resort (www.calabogielodge.com)
This is a condo resort. They do not have any discounts and do not have any rooms on hold for the wedding. They only
rent units for one week at a time. They currently have one unit available to rent for the entire week (from June 26 to
July 3). The cost is $1400 for the week. The available unit sleeps 4 people. Calabogie Lodge Resort does not rent
rooms per night.
Calabogie Highlands Golf and Resort (www.highlandsgolfclubs.com)
This resort is primary oriented towards golf. They do not have any discounts and do not have any rooms on hold for the
wedding. They require guests to book for a minimum 2 night stay. They currently have one 2 bedroom room available and
one 1 bedroom available. The 2 bedroom can be split. The 2 bedroom is $540 for the weekend, the 1 bedroom is $280 for
the weekend. If someone wishes to split the 2 bedroom it would be 2 rooms at $280 each and the suite
with kitchen at $370. Please contact them for more details.
Accomodations in Renfrew (20 mins away)
Rocky Mountain House (www.therockymountainhouse.com)
We currently have 10 rooms on hold at Rocky Mountain House until June 1, 2009. The cost is $99 per night and you can
book a single night.
Best Western (link)
We are currently waiting for the Best Western to get back to us with a discounted price. We will post more information
as we get it!
Accomodations in Arnprior (about 30 mins away)
Country Squire Inn

Rates vary depending on the room (Double bedroom, Queen bed etc). Rates range from $59 to $99. You can book single
nights, as of now all rooms are open. They will not hold any rooms for us or give us a group discount.
Out of respect for Tracy's extreme allergy to scented products, we ask that all guests refrain from using any
product containing parfum or fragrance, including hairspray, gel, scented creams and powders, on the day of any wedding related events.
Your consideration in this regard is greatly greatly appreciated.
